FireDaemon Pro 5 Pricing
FireDaemon Pro 5 is licensed in three ways depending on use:
- FireDaemon Pro for Home & Business Users
- FireDaemon Pro OEM for Integrators and Developers
- FireDaemon Pro for Managed Service Providers and Cloud Providers.
All pricing is in US$ and exclusive of taxes. Please consult our End User License Agreement for information regarding product licensing.
Purchase Orders and Terms
When you purchase software from us you are purchasing digital goods with immediate fulfilment. As such, we do not accept purchase orders or offer terms directly or indirectly via our payment processors. Terms are strictly COD. If your purchasing process mandates the use of purchase orders or pro forma invoices then please contact one of our resellers.
FireDaemon Pro 5 for Home, Business and Enterprise Users
The software product is designed for end-user use and is supplied as a 64-bit EXE installer.
One license is required per physical laptop, workstation, server, or virtual machine. Licenses are perpetual (i.e. the software product does not expire). The Software Assurance and Priority Technical Support Subscription is optional. The Subscription entitles the licensee to major upgrades at no charge (e.g. 5.0 to 6.0). Point upgrades are free (e.g. 5.0 to 5.5).

FireDaemon Pro 5 OEM for Integrators and Developers
The product is not designed for licensee use. The product is designed to be integrated with your product or platform and sold by you to a third party. The product is supplied as a ZIP file. The license permits royalty-free, unlimited redistribution rights. You can purchase FireDaemon Pro OEM or obtain a quote via Cleverbridge. The licensee must have an active Software Assurance and Priority Technical Support Subscription to qualify for both point upgrades (e.g. 5.0 to 5.5) and major upgrades (e.g. 5.5 to 6.0).

FireDaemon Pro 5 for Managed Service Providers and Cloud Service Providers
This is a pay-per-use pay-by-the-month subscription. The licensee must commit to a 12-month subscription with a minimum of 20 active licenses per month. The licensee can adjust the number of licenses on a month-to-month basis. Licenses can be consumed by the licensee or by customers. The product is supplied as a 64-bit EXE installer. Please contact us to get a quote based on your deployment requirements. Software Assurance entitles the licensee to point upgrades (e.g. 5.0 to 5.5) and major upgrades at no charge (e.g. 5.0 to 6.0). Once the subscription is cancelled, the use of the software must cease.
