The FireDaemon Pro 3 installer installs the Visual Studio C++ 2010 runtime. The runtime contains a series of DLLs necessary for FireDaemon Pro to function normally.

Under some circumstances, it might be necessary for you to download and reinstall the Visual Studio C++ 2010 runtime (eg. equipment failure, hard drive corruption or you see side-by-side (SxS) errors) in order to get FireDaemon Pro functioning again. We recommend that you initially re-install the runtime directly.

Make sure the architecture you install matches that of the version of FireDaemon Pro installed (eg. install the 32-bit version of the runtime if you installed the 32-bit version of FireDaemon Pro).

If that's not possible then you can try copying the runtime DLLs from C:\Windows\System32 into the FireDaemon Pro installation folder (typically C:\Program Files\FireDaemon). We would only recommend this action as a last resort.
