FireDaemon Pro by itself can't send mouse clicks and keyboard strokes to the application it is running. However, it is possible to write an AutoIT script to send mouse clicks and keyboard strokes and launch that script via FireDaemon Pro's event system. The event system allows you to launch scripts (or any other application) at various stages of the service and application lifecycle.

For detailed information, please consult our guide on setting up and configuring FireDaemon Pro services in conjunction with AutoIT.

Note, that FireDaemon Pro can send "control characters" to console applications to assist with shutting them down in a timely manner. For more information please refer to FireDaemon Pro's Lifecycle configuration options.
